Arbitrary FIR Filter Theory+ Design+ and Application

Oscilloscopes have incorporated the ability for the user to apply their own custom designed FIR filters to math waveforms. This paper provides an in depth discussion of the theory of FIR, finite impulse response, filters using DSP. It also describes some methods for designing these filters.
