Can the WFM series digital waveform monitors decode and display high definition closed caption data (EIA-708)?

No. The WFM series can decode HD closed caption data (EIA-708) when it is embedded in a EIA-608 wrapper however it cannot decode EIA-708 closed caption data directly.
