My scope has Windows 10 version 1607, but more recent versions have been released by Microsoft.  Can my scope be updated?

No, but there is no need to.  The Windows build on Tektronix scopes is from the Long-Term Servicing Channel (Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC).

Unlike normal releases of version 1607, this release still receives security updates and support from Microsoft, and will continue to do so until 2026.  You can read more about the LTSC here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/ltsc/
