the period of the product repair. This greatly reduces the downtime
from up to a month to three days or less. The loaner product offered
to the customer will be of equal or higher performance to the product
the customer currently owns

to our support centers around the world. In each region, Gold Care
Plan customers will be provided with unique contact information for

- With Gold Care Plan coverage, all costs of on-demand
repair from accidentally caused damage is handled free of charge.

of calibration due dates
- You receive an e-mail reminder
for upcoming calibration dates of Gold Care Plan products to ensure
proper updates are made and your instrument always runs in top condition
- 10% discount on all on-demand traceable calibrations
- If you decide to calibrate at a shorter interval than recommended
by Tektronix, you will receive a 10% discount on the cost of those
additional calibrations
