    • If the failure of the Gold Care Plan product occurs, you are entitled to a free loaner during the period of the product repair. This greatly reduces the downtime from up to a month to three days or less. The loaner product offered to the customer will be of equal or higher performance to the product the customer currently owns
  • Expedited repairs
    • All Gold Care Plan repairs will be expedited by Tektronix Service Teams, reducing downtime and improving time to market
  • Free Factory-certified calibration or functional verification after each repair
    • In every repair instance, your Gold Care Plan product is returned in a like-new operating state including a free calibration. This ensures that repairs are done properly and the product works as intended when it left the factory
  • Priority access to Global Tektronix Customer Call Centers
    • With the Gold Care Plan, you get priority access to our support centers around the world. In each region, Gold Care Plan customers will be provided with unique contact information for prompt, premium support by trained technicians
  • Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrical Overstress (EOS) coverage 2
    • With Gold Care Plan coverage, all costs of on-demand repair for accidentally caused damage is handled free of charge. This is extremely beneficial for owners of extra-sensitive measurement instruments such as sampling scope modules
  • Save on Factory-Certified Calibration
    • 30% discount on scheduled Factory-Certified Calibration. Purchase a Factory-Certified Calibration plan with Gold Care and receive a 30% discount off the standard calibration price

    • Notification of calibration due dates. You receive an e-mail reminder for upcoming calibration dates of Gold Care Plan products to ensure your instrument always runs in top condition
    • 10% discount on all on-demand traceable calibrations. If you decide to calibrate at a shorter interval than recommended by Tektronix, you will receive a 10% discount on the cost of those additional calibrations
