The application offers automated switching, timing, and diode reverse recovery measurements per JEDEC and IEC standards. Detailed configuration options enable analyzing real world waveforms and testing beyond standards specifications.

Dramatically simplify double pulse testing by including the AFG31250 Function Generator with built-in Double-Pulse Test software. This time-saving software ensures the proper pulse parameters with simple menu-driven operation.
