Type	Description
Current Probe	Current probes are designed to measure electrical current in circuits, supporting a variety of applications from general measurements to specialized power analysis.
Differential Probe: High Voltage	These probes provide high Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR) and a wide differential voltage range. They are essential for power electronics, inverter design, and motor drive applications.
Differential Probe: Low Voltage	Low voltage differential probes offer ultra-low noise and a high offset range, enabling accurate observation of ripple and transient behavior on sub-1V rails.
IsoVu™ Isolated Current Probes	IsoVu™ probes provide high bandwidth, flexible ranges, complete galvanic isolation, and extremely low noise for precise current measurements.
IsoVu™ Isolated Voltage Probes	These probes deliver accurate differential measurements on reference voltages slewing up to ±60kV at 100V/ns or faster. The Generation 2 design offers all IsoVu benefits at a fraction of the size.
Logic Probe	Logic probes verify timing, signal integrity, and logic levels in high-speed digital systems, supporting digital troubleshooting and validation.
Optical Probes High Bandwidth Low Bandwidth	Optical probes measure optical power and waveform characteristics, enabling accurate characterization of fiber-optic signals.
Passive Probes	Passive voltage probes are standard with most oscilloscopes, offering a low-cost, general-purpose solution. While less performant than active probes, they are rugged and have a wide dynamic range.
Power Rail Probes	These probes measure low-voltage DC rails, signal variations, and conduct ripple analysis with a low noise floor, high bandwidth, and large offset range.
Single-Ended Probes: Low-Voltage	General-purpose probes for high-bandwidth measurements where common-mode rejection isn’t critical.
Single-Ended Probes: High Voltage	Used for measuring ground-referenced signals up to 40kV.
