Tektronix to Host Business Expo West 2013

Supporting the local business community has always been a priority for Tektronix. Over the past decade, Portland has become a key destination for start-ups, and home to a significant brain trust of technology and business experts who are building innovative and sustainable companies.

On April 4^th, Tektronix will play host to many of these executives at Business Expo West, a conference run by the Oregon Technical Business Center (OTBC). The event is expected to draw about 100 attendees including entrepreneurs and executives from small and large companies, non-profits and public agencies for a day of networking and training on issues ranging from finance and business strategies to product development and global market entry. Special guests will include Beaverton Mayor Denny Doyle and Cheryl Myers from the Governor’s office.

It’s the first time Tektronix is hosting this event, and we are looking forward to collaborating with executives from around the region about the important issues shaping business today.
