The IVI Shared Components Version 2.2.1 (or later) must be installed before
installing the IVI-C driver. The IVI Shared Components can be downloaded from
the IVI Foundation website at http://www.ivifoundation.org.

- The IVI-C Driver for AWG7000 / AWG5000 requires that TekVISA is installed on the PC.
TekVisa can be freely downloaded from Tektronix website at http://www.tek.com.

Instructions for installing IVI-C Driver for AWG7000 / AWG5000 Series.

This software package is used for installing the IVI-C Driver for AWG7000 / AWG5000 series instruments.
The distributed ZIP file contains the folloiwng files.

Installation

- The IVI-C Driver for AWG7000 / AWG5000 requires that TekVISA is installed on the PC.
TekVisa can be freely downloaded from Tektronix website.

- The IVI Shared Components Version 2.2.1 (or later) must be installed before
installing the IVI-C driver. The IVI Shared Components can be downloaded from
the IVI Foundation website at http://www.ivifoundation.org.

[Installing the driver]

1.  Double click TekFgen-x64.msi for 64-bit Windows OS or TekFgen-x86.msi for 32-bit Windows OS.

2.  When "Welcome to TekFgen IVI Driver Setup wizard" appears, click Next.

3.  When "License Agreement" appears, select "I accept the terms of the license agreement" if you agree to the terms, and then click Next.

4.  Select "Complete" installation if you want to install the whole package including samples.
When "InstallShield wizard Complete" appers, click Finish.
