Accurate high-frequency measurements with reduced probe loading.
For testing high-impedance, high-frequency circuit elements which demand minimal loading, our portfolio of active probes provides the proper signal bandwidth and reduced probe loading to capture single-ended, ground referenced signals. A Tektronix active probe is a better choice for small geometry applications that would be seriously loaded with passive probing solutions.
