I am getting the diagnostic error code+ E1411+ E1421+ or E1431+ on my CSA803 or 11800-series oscilloscope. What does this mean?
Answer :
E1411 indicates a problem with the battery, or it associated circuitry. E1421 and E1431 indicate problems with U230 and/or U530, which are the NVRAM devices.
Due to the age of these products, replacement parts are no longer available. Tektronix Service offers repairs on these products on a best effort basis.
