Compliance: What does it mean when the CMPL (compliance) blinks on the front panel?

It means the clamping compliance value that is programmed is reached. To stop hitting the compliance limit, verify that your device is not defective and the programmed limit is correct or just increase the compliance limit to a level where the limit is not reached.
