Question :
Can an electrometer measure quasistatic C-V?
Answer :
The Model 595 is both a Quasistatic C-V meter and an electrometer. Any electrometer with a voltage source can be programmed to output voltage. This output voltage can be used to provide a pulse, as the 595 does, BUT the process cannot go as fast as in the 595, due to limits of program execution time.
