Fidelity begins at the probe tip
With 4, 6 or 8 FlexChannel® inputs you can browse your circuits with the included 1 GHz probes. Connect high performance single-ended active probes or differential probes, or do both at once with TriMode probes. Connect a TLP058 logic probe and get 8 digital channels on any FlexChannel input to expand your system visibility.

- Instruments with Automotive Bus Decoding and Triggering (SRAUTO) add support for CAN XL.
