ACS Software Standard Version 6.2.1 with WLR edition
The ACS Standard Edition software supports component characterization testing of packaged parts and wafer-level testing using probers.
Minor release -
Changes in Version 6.2.1
ACS Software Enhancements:
• Added support to configure the DMM6500 and DAQ6510 instruments using TSP Link
• Added hold time during testing for the sweep-step which is enabled for each step in the Interactive Test Module (ITM).
ACS Software Resolved Issues:
• Issue resolved when running multiple group tests using TSP-Link with a 2430 instrument in Group3 and resulting in no output after the test has completed.
• Issue resolved when a hardware scan error occurs when connecting TSP-Link using 24xx TTI SMU instruments.
• Issue resolved when combining the 100 A compliance for the ITM and not refreshing with new data.
• Issue resolved when selecting the pulse sweep function in the ITM mode and not functioning.
• Issue resolved with ACS software crashing when you select the Ron_5A_PULSE_check function.

For existing ACS software users, please ensure you have an active maintenance license for your respective perpetual license prior to upgrading to the latest version.
