The electrical and mechanical specifications are the same as for the non B model. The TPP0500B is same as the TPP0500 but has a newer probe cable that improves the durability of the probe and the tips are different; TPP0500B Pogo Pin Tip 206-0650-XX, TPP0500B Rigid Tip 206-0649-XX.
