Tektronix “Free First Calibration” Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.     ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: Registration of below products may be eligible for the “Free First Calibration” offer: TBS1000 Series, TDS1000B Series, TDS1000-EDU Series, TDS2000C Series, TDS3000C Series, TPS2000B Series, MSO/DPO2000 Series, MSO/DPO2000B Series, and MSO/DPO3000 Series, All other products are excluded.

2.     HOW TO REGISTER: A Tektronix product purchased must be registered within 12 months of purchase to qualify. To register a product, please visit http://www.tektronix.com/register. Any attempt to register a product a registrant does not own or that has been previously registered will result in ineligibility. To receive the Free First Calibration you must register using the Tektronix Product Registration form online. Only one registration per product will be accepted.  The promotion period ends December 31, 2013*.

Registrations will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of registration. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by a business/company, an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. All registrations become the property of Tektronix.

All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Tektronix's privacy policy.

3.     AVAILABILITY: One Free First Calibration will be granted to the registered product with the correct product serial number which is located on the back of your product. One Free First Calibration per qualifying new Tektronix product registration.  The recipient is solely responsible for all applicable taxes.  No substitution or cash equivalent of offer is permitted.

Tektronix employees, distributors, resellers and contractors, their immediate families and persons living in the same households are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

4.     FREE FIRST CALIBRATION REDEMPTION: 

The Free First Calibration offer is redeemable between the 12 months to 24 months after product purchase.  To set up calibration for your registered product, please contact the nearest Tektronix service representative. You can find the contact phone number at http://www.tek.com/contact-us.

The recipient shall pay for the shipment from recipient site to Tektronix. Product must be shipped to the nearest Tektronix service center. Tektronix shall pay for the shipment from Tektronix back to the originating recipient site. Recipient shall pay the duty and customs costs where applicable.

5.     LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Tektronix is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate registration information, whether caused by the registration submitter or by any of the equipment or software used in the Promotion or by any error, which may occur in processing registrations and fulfillment of the Free First Calibration Promotion.
