Our products contain a flexible relational database so our customers can generate both statistical reports (aggregated by any selectable locations) and trending reports (by any selectable time frame from hours to months) on the fly without having to go offline. These reports can be configured by each user and then get automatically emailed to a designated person or group on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Our advanced reporting tools help generate an accurate and real time "quality score card" by program and/or by location. The data can be used to generate a more accurate overall five 9's service availability report. In addition, since these reports are all event based and actionable, service providers can identify and isolate the root cause of an issue in almost real time.

Detection and alerting of an issue is only part of the monitoring function. Analysis tools coupled with historical data gives our customers the ability to resolve complex and intermittent problems quickly. Rich historical data is captured on every service to generate effective web-based reports to be used for troubleshooting, operational trending and analysis. All problems are detected in real time and costly QoE problems are analyzed immediately and proactively to prevent a massive flood of subscriber calls and other cascading issues (e.g., equipment overloads and outages). Our web-based historical reporting capabilities and graphical interfaces have been proven to be an essential tool for root cause analysis, performance auditing and operational trending for both engineers and management.
