Firmware upgrades allow you to take advantage of the continual advances in state-of-the-art test & measurement tools. New probing solutions may require upgrades to the firmware of your instrument to ensure the latest in performance and functionality, thus maximizing your productivity. The information on this page provides an easy way to ensure that the tools you are working with are compatible and that you have the latest firmware.

Partial Support
The probe is fully operational and can be controlled from the probe control box, but instrument control may be limited. Use firmware version provided until full support becomes available. Click Partial Support to display additional information and download Firmware.

What is the version of the firmware on my Oscilloscope?
To check the firmware version on Windows-based instruments, from the menu bar, click Help/About TekScope. On Linux-based instruments, press the Utilities button on the front panel.
