High Voltage Measurement Solutions
High Voltage Measurement Solutions extend your oscilloscope's ability to safely and accurately capture real time signal information from "elevated" or "floating" voltage systems. Most electronic and electrical applications require some type of elevated voltage measurement. Whether the measurement is a floating voltage level or an elevated voltage referenced to earth ground will determine which solution you choose. Tektronix provides solutions for single-ended, differential, or isolated measurements.
High Voltage Single-Ended Probe Offerings
High Voltage Single-Ended offerings allow measurement of voltages referenced to earth ground.

*1 WARNING: For safe operation, do not use the P5200 High Voltage Differential Probe with oscilloscopes that have floating inputs (isolated inputs), such as the Tektronix TPS2000 series oscilloscopes and THS700 series oscilloscopes. The P5200 High Voltage Differential Probe requires an oscilloscope or other measurement instrument with grounded inputs.
