1. System Requirements

Supported Operating Systems:

2. Contents of Distribution

The Tektronix THS3000 oscilloscopes require the installation of two USB drivers.  One driver is
for the oscilloscope and the second driver is for the USB serial port.

3. Installation

Run the THS3000_Drivers_V1_0.exe driver installer prior to connecting the oscilloscope to a PC.

When the oscilloscope is connected to a Windows computer it should initiate the installation of
the USB drivers. On Windows XP, the PC installation Hardware Wizard should guide you
through the installation process.  More specific information on the driver installation is also
included in the user manual (CD that is included with the oscilloscope).
