This product has all the great features expected of a Tektronix product. It was unfortunately the first ever that had failed upon receipt.

We recently purchased 3 of these units. One unit is on the 2nd trip back to the factory for repair. This unit failed to perform a signal path calibration when we first received it. It failed again about 8 months after the first repair with a similar problem in that after the signal path calibration, it would report an error and warn that the calibration may not be valid. The other two units have performed without a problem. The only other issue is with the initialization of a USB flash drive. When the flash drive is first plugged in, it takes a long time for the drive to be recognized. With a 4G flash drive it takes about 40 seconds for the wait clock to go away. We have quite a few of the older "B" versions and they have not gone back for repair. The flash drive on the "C" --even though slow-- is way better than the floppy drive on the "B"!
