I use my TDS2004C for Ham Radio and Experimental Applications

I suppose the TDS2004C is a bit of overkill for use in building/testing ham radio and other experimenters circuits; but, I got tired of trying to use my 30+ year old TEK that finally started to be intermittent. Having had the old TEK for at least 30 years without any issues, I decided to buy another TEK and get another 30 years out of it!
Of course the new TDS2004C far outperforms my old TM500 scope ( I think that was the model...I gave it away.) Its got more features than I can imagine. I love the autoranging, and finally I have a sync that works like it should! The math functions are startling, and the frequency display at the bottom of the screen gives me the frequency of the waveform that I am observing.
While I have yet to use 90% if the features of the scope, it is invaluable to my hobbies and is a pleasure to use.
If you are a burglar thinking about stealing it, not a chance as I live in Quala Lampur...or perhaps Mineapolis...or maybe its Peru...
