What are the benefits of becoming a myTek member?
myTek membership gives you one-stop access to manuals, software updates, product support status, online webinars, and other tools to help you get the most out of your product.
Once you are a myTek member, you can download and access resources throughout myTek and tektronix.com without re-entering your contact information.
Finally, while joining myTek, you can designate your electronic email preference. If you'd like, you can choose to receive email updates customized to your interests -- including application notes, whitepapers, and product data.
I want to add myTek to my trusted sites. What is the process and what address should I use?
If your browser is set to not accept cookies from sites that are not on your trusted-site list, you will need to add our site to your list of trusted sites. To do so:
- In the Internet Explorer menu, choose "Tools" and then "Internet Options".
- In the "Internet Options" window, choose the "Security" tab and mark the icon "Trusted Sites" by clicking on it.
- Now press the "Sites..." button. When the "Trusted sites" windows displays, fill in "http://*.tek.com" in the upper text box and press "Add". Do the same with "https://*.tek.com" and "http://*.tektronix.com".
- Check the list of sites to ensure that the 3 sites have been added. Then press "OK" (Windows XP) or "Close" (2003). Back in the "Internet Options" windows, press "OK".
