- All - This version of software must be loaded on a unit that is already
running with v3.x
- GbE - Monitors with a GbE interface card installed cannot be downgraded
to v3.0 or v3.1 An unavoidable hardware change may make the
downgraded unit unreliable.
- All - There are occasional screen repaint issues, typically on a second
monitor, which can be resolved by restarting the UI.

- GbE - Stream bitrate is always calculated as 204 byte packets, even
if 188, 192, or 208 byte packets are being received.
- GbE - Changing the ASI output type while a session is selected can cause
the stream to be deselected while still showing that it is selected.
- S2  - Selecting individual GOLD codes may not work, select auto if you
experience this issue.
- GbE - Sometimes after a reboot, the card will not reselect the previous
diagnostic session. The session must be reselected manually.
- GbE - Transport stream tests are disabled for non-transport stream
sessions, However, these may sometimes be momentarily detected as a
transport stream and thus generate a sync loss error.
- All - Some thumbnails may not be decoded (when the PES packet length is
signaled as non-zero)
- All - DPI identification can be too restrictive (both a registration
descriptor and DPI descriptor as specified in the standard are
required).
- All - NAT remote load function
[http://ext_addr/rui/MpegClientRemote.jnlp?host=ext_addr*http=80&snmp=161] may
fail under Internet Explorer, other browsers are OK.
- All - Uploading new firmware: A number of issues have been seen.
- Monitor TSP card upgrade may fail after upgrading interface
card - second upgrade works.
- Occasionally the monitor TSP card upgrade fails monitor appears
dead - recover by uploading v3.0.060.702 with MTMFWUploader.exe.
- Occasionally GbE card fails after upgrade - power cycle recovers,
unit OK thereafter.
- Very rarely a GbE card fails after upgrade - power cycle does not
recover, requires a return to service (a customer care plan is
in place to deal with this).
A new utility MTMFWUploader has been developed which reduces the
incidence of these issues.
- All - In PCs with multiple network interface cards the user interface may
in some circumstances select the wrong backhaul target address
[127.0.0.1], if this happens use the UI to enter the correct address
which you may determine with the ipconfig command line too.
