1. System Requirements
- The HDMI Compliance Test Software(1.4a) is compatible with the following
instruments:

2. Installing DTG Patterns

The Sink and Cable tests require DTG Patterns on the DTG at -
C:\TekApplications\TDSHT3v1-3 sub-folder.  Install the DTG Pattern
files on the Data Timing Generator (DTG 5274/DTG 5334).

If the DTG Pattern files are not installed on the DTG hard disk,it can be downloaded from the Tektronix website at http://www.tek.com.
Click on "Software" under "Downloads" and use "TDSHT3 HDMI Compliance Test DTG Distribution" in the 'Search by keyword' control.
Once the DTG Pattern installables is downloaded,run TDSHT3(DTG Distribution).exe to get patterns installed
at - C:\TekApplications\TDSHT3v1-3 sub-folder on the DTG.

Instructions

Installing DTG Patterns

The Sink and Cable tests require DTG Patterns on the DTG at -
C:\TekApplications\TDSHT3v1-3 sub-folder.  Install the DTG Pattern
files on the Data Timing Generator (DTG 5274/DTG 5334).

If the DTG Pattern files are not installed on the DTG hard disk, perform the
following steps to install it from the Optional Applications Software on a
Windows-Based Oscilloscope Compact disc (CD-ROM):

i. If the keyboard is not installed, connect it to the oscilloscope rear panel
(the optional-accessory keyboard plugs into the USB connector).

ii. Power on the DTG to start Windows.

iii. Install the optional applications software CD in the CD-ROM reader
of the DTG.

iv. The autorun utility will start the installation program.  If the autorun
utility doesn't start up automatically, browse to the CDROM and
double-click the launch.exe.

v. Click 'HDMI Compliance Test(1.4)'.

vi. Click 'DTG INSTALL'. This will install the DTG Pattern files at -
C:\TekApplications\TDSHT3v1-3  sub-folder on the DTG.

Or if you have downloaded the DTG patterns installables from the Web, then
run the TDSHT3(DTG_Distribution).exe to get the pattern files installed
at - C:\TekApplications\TDSHT3v1-3  sub-folder on the DTG.
