About the Office: Tektronix occupies all five floors of the building and a basement car park. Samrah Plaza is located in the heart of the city and is mostly surrounded by commercial building including hotels, corporate offices, shops, and fashion outlets.
A Day in the Life: Most employees drive to work on their two- or four-wheelers, while some use city transportation, including buses and auto-rickshaws.
Notable Accomplishments: The sales team has received numerous Masters awards. TEDI (Tektronix Engineering Development, India) engineers include three President Award winners, one Velocity award winner, and several patent recipients.

Holiday Observances: The office observes several national holidays. Of note are Kannada Rajyotsava on November 1, which marks the day when all Kannada-speaking regions of southern India were merged to form the state of Karnataka. Diwali, or "Festival of Lights," celebrates the victory of good over evil and is observed annually in October or November. Republic Day is celebrated on January 26 to mark the day the Indian constitution was created. August 15 marks Independence Day, when India received its freedom from British rule.
