Video Takes Amsterdam by Storm

Every September, the Tektronix Video team is focused on the International Broadcasting Conference (IBC) in Amsterdam. With more than 40,000 attendees from 120 countries, IBC is a leading event for professionals involved in news and entertainment content.

This year's partner training introduced 35 representatives from 22 countries to new products and advancements, and concluded with an awards dinner.

IBC Launches with a New Stand

"Everyone agreed the new stand was a hit and raised the profile of Tektronix," said Nicki Fisher, EMEA Video sales director.

Tektronix Introduces Cerify Developer Awards

Tektronix launched the Cerify Developer Community Awards to recognize partner companies that integrate our solutions into customer workflow. Pro-Bel of the UK was named overall winner.

Tektronix Receives Some Awards of Its Own

The PQA500 Picture Quality Analyzer was named Best Monitoring or Network Management Solution by Cable & Satellite International magazine. It also received the coveted IABM Award for Excellence 2007 from the International Association of Broadcasting Manufacturers. The award recognizes technical design and innovation.

Tektronix presence at IBC was the most successful to date. The number of visitors to the stand increased 18 percent over 2006, and sales leads increased by 6 percent.
