Compensation begins with Base Pay which is aligned with your job classification, knowledge, skills, and experience. Base Pay is the foundation of Tektronix’ Total Rewards program. It is reviewed annually to ensure that Base Pay rates are based on the competitive global marketplace and internal equity.

Variable Pay is a program designed to reward all Tektronix employees for aligning employee goals with shareholder interests.
