Living and Working in Hong Kong
As an international center for trade and commerce in rapidly growing East Asia, Hong Kong is truly a cosmopolitan city. The ideal place to work and live, Hong Kong boasts low taxes and a booming economy. Of course, Hong Kong has a lot to offer in the way of outdoor activities, too. Comprised of the Hong Kong Island, the Kowloon Peninsula, and the New Territories, which include 235 outlying islands, Hong Kong offers everything from hiking and camping to boating and swimming on its many beaches. The weather is mild, and that means year-round outdoor fun.
Hong Kong also holds numerous festivals throughout the year, and Hong Kong Disneyland opened in 2005, offering a variety of leisure activities both in and around the park. And don't forget that Hong Kong is known as a Shopping Paradise. So whatever it is that you like to do when you're not working, Hong Kong is the place to do it.
