The Tektronix Experience spans programs for the work environment and beyond. We encourage on-campus activities and community involvement.

With all the talent at Tektronix, it's no wonder we put such a priority on honoring the accomplishments of our colleagues. Every year, we recognize outstanding associates through a variety of awards. Please take a look at some of the ways Tektronix rewards innovation and excellence.

Technical Excellence Awards

There are several awards presented during the annual Technical Excellence Banquet. Designed to recognize significant achievement in Tektronix’ engineering community, these awards recognize the continuous innovation that is the foundation to Tektronix’ success.

Masters

This annual sales program recognizes the top 10% of sales personnel who obtain their quota for the fiscal year. Application engineers are also eligible on a nomination basis. This program celebrates Tektronix’ worldwide sale success with a trip hosted by business leaders and executive management.

TekValues Recognition Program

These gift-based awards recognize individuals who live our values. The intent is to foster a "culture of appreciation" that links to the company's total rewards philosophy.

Service Anniversary Awards

These gift-based awards express Tektronix’ appreciation for its associates’ dedication to the success of the company through continued service. Associates reaching the service milestone, select a gift of value appropriate to their years of service. Managers present the awards, ranging from five to 45 years of service, at a recognition celebration.
