That's why we've developed a global compensation program that ensures associates are rewarded for the skills they bring to Tektronix and the impact they have on the company's business performance.

Compensation begins with Base Pay which is aligned with your job classification, knowledge, skills, and experience. Base Pay is the foundation of Tektronix’ Total Rewards program. It is reviewed annually to ensure that Base Pay rates are based on the competitive global marketplace and internal equity.

Variable Pay is a program designed to reward all Tektronix associates for aligning associate goals with shareholder interests.
