This document contains information of improvements and limitation of firmware
version 1.0.3 for the SPG600 and SPG300.

Improvements in Firmware Version 1.0.3

REMOTE INTERFACE
This release will provide more stable network connectivity with client
PC and SPG. In addition, the start up time of the Remote Interface Java
applet is about 10 times faster than the previous version.

EMBEDDED AUDIO
This release fixes the parity error of embedded audio on SD-SDI outputs,
and there are some corrections for the control packet of embedded audio.
It improves the embedded audio connectivity with the professional video
recorders.

Known problem in Firmware Version 1.0.3

PRESET
Front Panel locking up after pressing "ENTER" button and holding it down
for a few seconds in menu PRESET: RECAL of SYSTEM function. You need to
power cycle the unit to recover this problem.
